AGE's Response to the Coronavirus
In light of the recent COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, both buildings of Academy of Greatness & Excellence have gone through a process of deep cleaning and disinfecting of all classrooms: furniture, floors, doors and stair rails. In the Teaneck campus, Nurse Michael Whisman, our school nurse, has given a talk to our students in grades Preschool through 2nd Grade, demonstrating the proper technique of washing hands and reminded the students to stay at home if sick. AGE Summer Camp: The AGE Summer Camp is back! This summer, AGE will be holding its summer camp in the Ridgefield Park campus from July 6th through August 14th. More information will be posted on our school website soon In’shaa Allah. Read more.....
AGE Sharks' Wins: Our AGE Basketball Sharks teams have been busy lately with some home and away games! Within one week, our Middle School Girls and High School Boys team won games against the basketball teams at Pillars Preparatory Academy. Shortly after those wins, our Middle School Boys won their game against Noble Leadership Academy. We are very proud of our teams and their great coaches! Let's go AGE Sharks!
AGE Literacy Week: We are once again very grateful for the exciting activities that have been taking place in our Teaneck campus by our dedicated PTO. The PTO will be present in the Ridgefield Park campus tomorrow for a quick Scholastic Book Fair sale during lunch periods. Also, Noor Kids will be at the Ridgefield Park campus offering age-relevant workshops to our students.
Inter-Islamic Schools Spelling Bee: The Spelling Bee scheduled to take place at the Rising Star Academy on May 27th and 28th has been canceled due to a conflict in school schedules. The In-Class Spelling Bee will still be held on March 17th and the AGE School-wide Spelling Bee will be held on March 26th in the Ridgefield Park campus In'shaa Allah.
Arabic Spelling Bee: Our wonderful Arabic team have been finalizing the Spelling Bee lists over the past few weeks. The In-Class Arabic Bee will be held on May 27th and the School-wide will be held the following day: May 27th In’shaa Allah.
